WANT TO KNOW HOW I STAY YOUTHFUL LOOKING?

Water, H2O, AQUA, VESI, EAU I THINK YOU GET THE POINT LOL :)

Water can help with those tired eyes you might fight with in the morning or try to conceal with makeup. So you coffee lovers can have your brown pick me up, I'll take a glass of water please. Dark under eyes and bags are just not for me.
Since the majority of our body is made up of water. It's only right that we continue to fuel it with enough H2O to maintain it's fluid balance. Water helps transport nutrients in the body, regulate body temperature, digest food, and much more. Though water is used for lots of things regarding the body, we are only here to con
You want to know what will help with dry lips? Yes lip balm will work for a quick fix but the natural way is to drink a glass of water and you will instantly notice the difference.
You want clearer skin? Drinking water keeps your skin youthful and properly hydrated so it is less likely to dry out. Water helps you look younger by keeping skin hydrated and reduces wrinkles by filling in and plumping the skin. Toxins in the body can cause the skin to become inflamed, which can results in clogged pores and acne. Then that's a whole other fight you will have to deal with. Acne typically leaves behind dark blemishes that gives the skin on your face an uneven look. So if that doesn't make you want to pick up a bottle of water right now and guzzle it all down then do it to help reduce the risk of wrinkles and pimples. Warm water opens pores and cold water closes them to help create a healthy facial glow and even skin tones.
Water lubricates the cartilage and joints for healthy joint movement. This allows you to feel and move the way your youthful skin looks. Who wants to look like a teenager but feel and move like an old person?
Believe it or not I am actually much more happier when I drink water than I am when I drink soda or juice. After I dink a glass, bottle or can of soda the next day I have the biggest pimple ever. Of course it spurts out in the most inconvenient place whether on my nose or smack dab in the middle of my forehead. Now how can I be happy with that? Makeup can only do but so much to hide it.
Protect and nourish your body don't neglect it. Drink more water.

To Waist Train or Not to Waist Train That is The Question

I'm sure you or someone you know has heard or has/is participating in the new fad that's going around, waist training. If you have been following the Kardashian sisters at one time or another you would have come across a picture or two of them posing in many colorful Cinchers/trainers around their waist. Given their bodies the illusion of having the infamous Coke bottle frame or hourglass figure. Contouring the waist has been around for many centuries dating all the way back from the 16th century. At that point women, unlike today had to endure the pain of what they called a corset. Many of these corset in the beginning of time were made out of very uncomfortable material such as iron, whalebone, and even wood. Today, if you don't want to commit to a corset which can be very uncomfortable and pricey, ranging from less than $100 bucks for the simple costume corsets to an extreme $1000+ for an expert couture corsetry. You can invest in what is called the latex or cotton material waist trainer. Which I have to say is way more comfortable than your traditional corset.
Yes, that's right, I joined the group of people that loves to waist train. The reasons that led me to began wearing a latex waist trainer was to help get myself back to my pre-pregnancy shape. Having a child is the best gift ever, but it truly changes a woman's body. My lower belly formed a loose pouch that was very difficult for me to get rid of. Eating right and exercising was not enough to reduce the pouch so I began wearing my latex waste trainer while working out. Typically performing my cardio routine, which consisted of doing a lot of running. In the beginning, it's a bit uncomfortable, but the more you wear it the more comfortable it becomes. The waist trainer promoted sweating, which in return assisted with reducing my belly fat at a faster pace. It helped get my stomach right and tight back to the way it was before my son. Unfortunately ladies it doesn't get rid of stretch marks.
Another reason I recommend wearing a corset or waist trainer for the people that have issues with poor posture, scoliosis, being seated at a desk all day, or general back pains. This garment makes it impossible to slouch, promoting good posture. I know you may have read the horrors about the shifting of organs and causing deformities within the body. There are risks when it comes to everything we do on a daily basis. You be the judge go ahead and give it a try. Let me know what you think about it?

How to make your son standout from the crowd.
Lately, while shopping for my son I have come across the same look being sold by every children's clothing store. Polos, tees, and button down shirts. Add a pair of denim or Khaki colored pants/shorts and voilĂ   you have a typical little boy fashion trend. How boring right? So how can you spice up your boy's wardrobe to make him stand out from the rest? That's where I excel.
Bow ties, suspenders, ties, hats, sunglasses, and the right shoes allow my boy to shine. Just like women the right accessories can make or break your little ones outfit. Knowing when to throw on a boy's tie rather than a regular tie all depends on the shoes I pair with the outfit. If I pair an outfit with sneakers, boat shoes or boots I throw a tie on him. When he has on his dress shoes, then a bow tie is necessary.
Suspenders also give the outfit some personality while doing its job of holding up your child's pants or shorts. Get bold with patterns and prints. My little man always tops his outfits off with the hat of his choice. Him being 3 years old, it's never one that truly match, but that's ok because it's works for him and gives him his boost of confidence.
On sunny days of course calls for sunglasses to shield those little eyes from too much sun exposure while given him a little edgy look. Never be afraid to explore with mix matching colors, patterns, and prints. Don't follow the trend, start a trend. How do you help your son stand out?
