To Waist Train or Not to Waist Train That is The Question

I'm sure you or someone you know has heard or has/is participating in the new fad that's going around, waist training. If you have been following the Kardashian sisters at one time or another you would have come across a picture or two of them posing in many colorful Cinchers/trainers around their waist. Given their bodies the illusion of having the infamous Coke bottle frame or hourglass figure. Contouring the waist has been around for many centuries dating all the way back from the 16th century. At that point women, unlike today had to endure the pain of what they called a corset. Many of
these corset in the beginning of time were made out of very uncomfortable material such as iron, whalebone, and even wood. Today, if you don't want to commit to a corset which can be very uncomfortable and pricey, ranging from less than $100 bucks for the simple costume corsets to an extreme $1000+ for an expert couture corsetry. You can invest in what is called the latex or cotton material waist trainer. Which I have to say is way more comfortable than your traditional corset.

Yes, that's right, I joined the group of people that loves to waist train. The reasons that led me to began wearing a latex waist trainer was to help get myself back to my pre-pregnancy shape. Having a child is the best gift ever, but it truly changes a woman's body. My lower belly formed a loose pouch that was very difficult for me to get rid of. Eating right and exercising was not enough to reduce the pouch so I began wearing my latex waste trainer while working out. Typically performing my cardio routine, which consisted of doing a lot of running. In the beginning, it's a bit uncomfortable, but the more you wear it the more comfortable it becomes. The waist trainer promoted sweating, which in return
assisted with reducing my belly fat at a faster pace. It helped get my stomach right and tight back to the way it was before my son. Unfortunately ladies it doesn't get rid of stretch marks.
Another reason I recommend wearing a corset or waist trainer for the people that have issues with poor posture, scoliosis, being seated at a desk all day, or general back pains. This garment makes it impossible to slouch, promoting good posture. I know you may have read the horrors about the shifting of organs and causing deformities within the body. There are risks when it comes to everything we do on a daily basis. You be the judge go ahead and give it a try. Let me know what you think about it?
