30 Hard Questions to Ask Yourself Before May
Before April ends, pause. Reflection creates clarity. And clarity creates direction. If you want May to feel different, you have to ask better questions now.
Here are 30 hard ones.
What am I tolerating that drains me?
Where am I shrinking to keep others comfortable?
What boundary am I afraid to enforce?
Am I communicating clearly or expecting people to read my mind?
What habit is quietly sabotaging my growth?
Who do I become when I feel insecure?
What am I avoiding because it feels uncomfortable?
Do my daily actions match my long-term goals?
Where am I seeking validation instead of building confidence?
What conversation do I need to have?
Am I holding onto someone who has already let go?
What fear has been guiding my decisions?
Do I trust myself?
What version of me am I outgrowing?
What am I pretending not to know?
Where do I need more discipline?
Where do I need more compassion for myself?
Am I resting or am I avoiding responsibility?
What would I pursue if I knew I could not fail?
Who inspires me and why?
What triggers me repeatedly?
Am I honest about what I want?
What do I need to forgive myself for?
What expectations am I placing on others that I have not communicated?
Am I investing in relationships that invest in me?
What is one goal I keep postponing?
What does peace look like in my daily life?
Am I living reactively or intentionally?
What would choosing courage look like right now?
If nothing changed, would I be satisfied a year from today?
Hard questions disrupt autopilot. You do not need to answer all of them perfectly. You just need to answer honestly. May will come either way. The real question is who you will be when it does.
